Course Description
This
3-day course covers basic information about incinerators which includes
hazardous waste definition, waste characteristics, regulations, operation,
maintenance, and repair of incinerator furnaces. It also includes different
calculations on how to attain proper incinerating procedures and the
effects of improper disposal of hazardous waste to people and the environment.
This
course is open to engine officers.
